JOB OFFER - Sales and Marketing Coordinator

This is a key strategic position: the sales team relies on this role on a daily basis to ensure effective follow-up, high-quality information for customers, and smooth operations.
Your role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a central role within the department. You will be responsible for operational and administrative sales support, coordination with customers and distributors, and information management in internal systems.
This is a demanding position where priority management, meeting deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Your efficiency will have a direct impact on the performance of the sales team and customer satisfaction.
What you will do on a daily basis
Sales
- Actively support the sales team in preparing bids and following up on customer requests.
- Communicate with customers and distributors regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Coordinate service requests and redirect calls to the appropriate technical teams or external partners.
- Rigorously track orders, bids, and calls for tenders in the ERP system. Update, structure, and maintain customer files, databases, and tracking tools (CRM, internal files).
- Work closely with representatives to prepare documents and manage priorities.
- Provide constant support to the sales team, which relies on your reliability and efficiency on a daily basis.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes to optimize the department's performance.
Marketing
- Participate in prospecting and identifying new customers or markets via CRM.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, follow-ups, product announcements).
- Set up automated follow-up sequences to support sales efforts.
- Analyze campaign results and suggest areas for improvement.
- Contribute to CRM optimization (fields, processes, automations).
- Provide representatives with relevant lists, reports, and marketing tools.
Required profile
- Education and experience
- High school diploma.
- Experience in administrative support, dispatch, or sales department coordination.
- Experience in the field of mechanics or hydraulics (a significant asset).
Your strengths

- Autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Very good time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English (an asset).
