Did you know? The NBS-Cam range now has its radar detection system.

The NBS radar is a collision avoidance system to prevent collisions between machinery and objects / pedestrians. It is mainly used on heavy equipment and commercial vehicles. It is mainly used on heavy equipment and commercial vehicles, It provides a visual and audible alert to operators to avoid any potential danger and allow them to take the appropriate measures in advance.

Blind spots represent a great hazard for workers, because there are zones that do not appear in the field of vision of the driver. Restricted vision due to blind spots is the main cause of major and deadly accidents on the work site. NBS Radar system eliminates blind spots for the driver.

The HD camera range can be used simultaneously with the NBS radar detection system. The screen displays a overlaping image reversing / radar thus allowing a better evaluation of the distances.

First installation for Midwest Hose

Midwest Hose, an authorized distributor for the United States, installed its first automatic lubrication system last February. The installation was done on a Komatsu PC490LC excavator with the help of the Alltech Group team.

Midwest has meet the industry standard.

Follow-up after 100 hours of use

Installing the lubrication system is one thing, but you still have to make sure that it has been done well and that the calibration meet the manufacturer's standards. It is necessary to check that each point receives the right amount of grease, in a precise time interval.

Midwest team went to the customer to analyze the lubrication system after 100 hours of use. Analysis has shown that the system works wonderfully .

Each point receives an ideal level of lubricant; a small amount is sent at a time. It also protects the surface against contamination. It creates a barrier to sand, water and other contaminants which may have an abrasive effect on the surface. Regular lubrication prevents premature wear!
